Important and extensive RIGHTS con-
nected with the TIN MINES, held under his
late Majesty, then Duke of Cornwall.

at the AUCTION MART, near the Bank of
England,
On Thursday September 30, at Twelve 
the direction of the Executrix of Edward Smith,
Esq. deceased,

VERY Important MINING RIGHTS,
comprising the ROYAL TOLL and
FARM of TIN arising within the
DUCHY OF CORNWALL,
in the County of Cornwall, viz. all that the
FARM of TIN or TIN TOLL, which
should be gained, arise, or be due in any place
or places whatsoever, with the several
belonging to, or being part and parcel of, the
said Duchy, and all Profits and Advantages
within the several Lordships aforesaid :

and likewise
THE TIN MINES FOUND OR TO BE
FOUND
within the several inclosed Lands of the said
several Lordships, Manors, Precints, &c.   It
will be difficult to state the next produce, but it
is believed few mines present more brilliant
    A Mine of Wealth.
held by Lease, dated August 1, 1815,
of his late Majesty, then Duke of Cornwall,
term of years, determinable on the lives of three
lives, all now in being, and of the several 
ages of 35, 32, and 32 years, at the yearly rent 
£38., payable half-yearly.

Particulars will be ready twenty-one days 
before the Sale, and may be had at the Office 
of  Penprase, Agent to the Duchy 
??? Grampound ;  at the Red Lion and 
??? Hotels, and at Mr. Henry St. Aubyn's 
??? Truro ;  at Andrew's Hotel, Redruth ;
??? Inn, Helston, and at all the princi-
pal ?? throughout the County of Cornwall.

Particulars may also be had at The Waterloo, 
Liverpool ;  the principal Inn at Manchester ;
York House, Bath ;   the Royal Hotel,  Plymouth;
London Inn, Exeter ;  of  Messrs. Bartlett and 
Bedome, 27, Nicholas Lane, Lombard-street ;
at the Auction Mart ;  and at Mr. G. Robins's Offices, 
London.
