Master of Arts Archdeacon etc
And Admion of the Goods etc of the said deced and of all things howsoever concerning the said Will was
granted to the three Executors in Trust therein named /being first sworn etc Saving etc

In the Name of God Amen
I Thomazin Eva of the Parish of Gwinear in the County of Cornwell widdow being weake in Body but of
sound mind and Memory Blessed be God for it, And calling to mind the mortality of my Body Doth make
and ordain this my Last Will and Testemant in manner and form following (that is to say) First | commend
my soul in to the hands of Almighty God that gave it me, And my Body to the Earth to be buried in a decent
manner at the discretion of my Executors, And as touching my Effects where with it has pleased God to
Bless me in this ^life^ I give and dispose of the same as follows,
I give to my son Richard Eva the sum of five pounds to be paid him in three months after he demandes it After my decease,
I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Pearce Twenty pounds to be paid her in three months after my decease. And Twelve pounds per year during her natural Life to be paid her as is herein After mentioned
I give unto my Grandson Willm. Pearce my Tenement in Trenawin during the Term I have therein he paying to his mother Elizabeth Pearce Four pounds per year by quarterly payments during her natural life,
I give unto my Grandson Richard Pearce my Tenement in Trenearth during the Terme I have therein he therefore paying to his mother Elizabeth Pearce Eight pounds per year by quarterly payments during her natural life,
I give unto my Granddaughter Elizabeth Pearce one Hundred pounds to be paid her when she shall attain the age of Twenty one years, In cause she shall be then married and a proper settlement made her at the discretion of my Executors: But if no such proper Settle shall be made then she shall receive only five pounds per year during the Trust herein after mentioned. And it is farther my Will and I do declare it to be the true intent and meaning here of that if my said Grand-daughter shall marry Henry Huthnance of the parish of Phillack or any other of his family Then the Legacy of one Hundred pounds shall cease and she shall receive only one shilling.
I give unto my Grand Daughter Joanna Pearce Two Hundred pounds to be paid her when she shall attain the age of Twenty one years but if she dies before she attains the age of Twenty one years is shall fall to my Grand Daughter Margret Pearce,
I give unto my Grand Daughter Margaret Pearce Two Hundred pounds to be paid her when she shall attain the age of Twenty one years but if she dies before she attains the age of Twenty one years it shall fall to my Grand Daughter Joanna Pearce
And I likewise give my said Grand Daughters Joanna Pearce and Margret
Pearce my Tenement in Deverall during the term I have there in share and share alike
I give to my Grandsons William Pearce and Richard Pearce Twenty pounds Each when they shall severaly attain the age of Twenty one years,
All the rest and residue of my Effects Whatsoever I give to my said Grandsons William Pearce and Richard Pearce joyntly:
And I do make and appoint my Daughter Elizabeth Pearce and my good friends Thomas Thomas and William Tocker of Gwinear aforesaid my Executors in Trust for the purposed fore said untill my said Grandson Richard Pearce shall attain the age of Twenty One
