Terms of 5, or 7 years, from Midsummer,1851 ; All
that MANSION called
TOTHILL HOUSE,
Consisting of Excellent Dining, Drawing, and Breakfast
Rooms, with Kitchens, Servants' Hall, and Housekeeper's
Rooms, on the-Ground floor; a handsome Staircase com-
municates with a Morning Room, and Siz excellent Bed
Rooms, with Dressing Rooms attached, and Store and Water
Closets on the second floor ; and there are Five Good Attics
for Servants’ apartments.. The Sitting Rooms and Two of
the Bed Rooms will be let partially furnished.
The Out-offices which immediately adjoin the above, consist
of a Spacious Laundry Washhouse, Brewhouse, Coach-
house, Five Stalled Stable, with Loft over and other conve-
niences.
The Premises are surrounded by a Wooded Lawn and
Pleasure Grounds, of about Four Acres, and there are Two
Flower Gardens, with a Greenhouse, immediately behind the
House.
The whole are now in the occupation of John Whitehead
Peard, Esq., and may be viewed between the hours of Two
and Five o'clock, on the afternoons of Tuesdays and Thurs
days.

There is a convenient Kitchen Garden in the rear, and a
Pleasure Garden in Front of the Premises, with aTwo Stalled
Stable and Coach House detached. The Premises were late
in the occupation of Joseph Ball, Esq., deceased; and may
be viewed on applying to Mr. Francis Wood, at the Nur-
sery Gardens, adjoining. :

TOTHILL COTTAGE,
Store-room, and Washhouse on the Ground Floor ; and Four
Bed-rooms and Dressing-room on the Second Floor. There.
is a Flower Garden in the rear of the Premises, which are
now in the occupation of Miss Renfry , and may be viewed
on the days and hours above mentioned.
the Eastern end, and within Ten minutes walk of the Town
of Plymouth, commanding views of Mount Edgcumbe, the
Sound, Saltram, and adjoining Scenery, are in good repair,
and well supplied with good Spring Water.
