TO BE LET, for a Term of 5 or 7 years, from
Michaelmas,1850, all that very convenient and
pleasant RESIDENCE, late in the occupation of Joseph
Ball, Esq., deceased, called
HIGHER TOTHILL,
Situate at the Eastern End, and within a very short dis-
tance, of the Town of Plymouth.
The House consists of two good Parlours and small Break-
fast-room adjoining, with Kitchen and convenient Offices, on
the Ground Floor ; Drawing-room, two excellent Bed-rooms,
with Dressing-rooms, China, and Water Closets, on the
Second Floor; and two very good servants’ bed rooms in the
Attics, the whole of which has recently been put in thorough
repair, and is well adapted for the residence of a Genteel
Family.
There is a convenient Kitchen Garden in the rear, and a
spacious pleasure garden in front of the Premises, with a
good Two-stalled Stable and Coach-house detached; also an
excellent supply of Spring Water.
An extensive view of Mount Edgcumbe, the Sound, and
adjoining scenery, may be enjoyed from the Drawing-room
Window, and the Terrace in the Pleasure Garden.
