The manors of Lanhearne, Bodbrane, Bodwannick, Bosuan, Carminow, Connarton, Collombe Major, Nansladron, Pengwena, Penlees, Prospenick, Rippery, Rosworthy, Tregarne, Tregenow, Treloy, Trembleth, Tresithney, Wynnyanton, Enniscaven, Medishol alias Metsholl, Newland Preas, Tregarren, Trurovean and Kenall; lands and tenements belonging to them, worth £260 7 shillings 11 pence yearly `before these warrs'; the barton mill and demesnes of Lanhearne, the demesnes of Trevelsue and Trevelgey and a parcel of land in Roswasters, worth £204 yearly before the wars; the profits of the markets of Collumbe Major, perquisites and smoke-silver belonging to Penwith, and the certain chief rents belonging to the manor of Metshall, worth £16 before the wars.

Agreement with parliamentary commissioners for a fine, John Arundell
Order to sequestrators, collectors and other officers to refrain from all further proceedings against John Arundell of Lanhearne, esquire, since he has submitted to a fine imposed on him for his delinquency against parliament. He is to enjoy the revenues of the estate here specified. This does not cover any act of treason committed since 1 February 1648-1649, nor is it valid if Arundell was in Pendennis Castle at its surrender.
