took place at Chynhale Wesleyan Church,
last week, when Mr. Richard Hocking, of
Ruthdower, Breage, was married to Miss
Gertrude E. A. Adams, younger daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. S. Adams, Penpraze,
Sithney. The bride, who was given away
by her father, wore a pretty gown of ivory
silk crepe and georgette. She wore a
wreath of orange blossom and bridal veil
(lent by her cousin, Mrs. E. P. Adams, of
Truro). The bride was attended by her
sister, Miss Winifred Adams, who was
attired in apricot georgette. Mr. P
Harvey acted°as best man. The ceremony
was performed by the Rev. F. Hawkey.
The organist was Mr. W. Freeman, and
the service was choral. The guests were
entertained at the home of the bride.
Later, the bride and bridegroom left for
Plymouth, en route for London. :
