The Little Church of Cornelly-
Cornelly, which is now held with Probus, by
Canon Clement Fox Harvey,(says the ‘Church
in the West)” has a quaint littlefchurch hold-
ing about 70 people. The population of the
parish is given as 84. An effort has to be made
to restore this little church. The architects
are Messrs. St. Aubyn and Wadling, and Mr.
St. Aubyn has made elaborate notes on the
church after a visit on January 3lst:—The
Churchwardens are asking for subscriptions
in tue parish. When itis known exactly how
much the work of restoration will cost, the
Vicar sud Churchwardens intend to issue a
circular, appealing for aid outside the parish.
Miss Gregor has now collected £65 among her
fricnds, which brings the total sum already
promised or paid to £556. Jt is fully hoped
thatthe Church Building Society will give &
substantial grant from their funds.
