The Family of the Late Dr. George Smith.— The following is from " Conference Sketches” in the Methodist :—No sketch of the  Cornish Conference  would be complete that fails to notice  our  great indebtedness to the family of the late Dr. George Smith. He was the moving spirit in all the arrangements for the first Camborne Con- ference, and though he is not here to welcome the Con- ference on its second visit to Cornwall, the noble hospitality of the father is worthily imitated by his children, and especially by his eldest son.
