THE SALE AT PENZANCE. 

Mr.  Phillips,   of  the  firm pf  Messrs. Knight, Frank  and  Rutley,       offered  for  sale  at  the Alverne Hall,   Penzance,   on  Thursday,      about 70 lots of property in the  West Penwith district, the property Capt. Mowbray Buller. There was large attendance, (bidding being very brisk.
