  Penpol is the property of Richard Oke Millet Esq the Rev John C Millet and William Praed Esq Guilford belongs to the executors of the late William Harris Esq and Pulsack and Angarrack to the executors of the late Francis Gregor Esq of Trewarthenick and Miss Dorothy Harris.  On this latter estate was erected about the year 1700 the first tin smelting house in Cornwall and many of their original account books remain to this day The village of Angarrack with the exception of Copper house is the largest in this parish Bendowes belongs to the executors of the late John Edwards Esq the Rev Robert Hoblyn the Hon Mrs Agar James Buller Esq and Mr Henry Huthnance Carthew is the property of the heirs of the late Thomas Glynn Esq and Treeve that of Mr John Stephens

  The manor of Conarton extends over the greater part of this parish The barton of Bodriggy belonged successively to the families of Cotwayne or Cotwyne of Sir John Godolphin of Pendarves and of Williams Of the co heiresses of this latter family it was afterwards purchased by Mr Curnow in 1761 and it is now the property of Richard Oke Millet Esq the Rev William Hocken and the representatives of Mrs Hester Parminter as heirs of the late John Curnow Esq The house is now occupied by the families of Millet and Parminter
