TO BE LET by TENDER, for a term of 14 years
from Michaelmas next, all that excellent farm
called
TRENHAYLE,
situate in the parish of St, Erth, Cornwall, within onemile of the Hayle Railway Station, and about seven miles
m Penzance. .
The above Farm lies compactly within a ring fence,
and comprises 183a. 2r. 3p. (more or less) of first class
land with a complete set of farm buildings.
The incoming Tenant will be allowed to enter to pre-
pare for wheat after the 24th of June next, and will
be required to take the green crops, seeds, and hay at a
valuation.
Mr. William Stevens the present occupier will show
the Farm.
The conditions of letting may be seen at No. 80, Lemon
Street, Truro; or at Messrs. Rodd and Cornish's
Offices, Penzance,
For all further particulars application must be made
to Mr. Reginald C. Granville, 80, Lemon Street,
Truro, to whom Tenders must be sent on or before the
21st day of April next. .
The Lessors do not bind themselves to accept the
highest or any tender.
