16 & 17, MARINE TERRACE, PENZANCE:

To BE LET, by tender, from Midsummer next, for 
               a term of seven years, all of those two DWELL-
ING. HOUSES  ( used as one dwelling- house )  gardens, and
Premises, Nos. 16 and 17, Marine-terrace, the Esplanade, Pen-
zance, in the occupation of Mrs. GILL.

  Tenders (stating the highest clear yearly rent to be given )
should be sent to the undersigned, on or before Saturday, the
28th day of April instant, of whom particulars may be obtained.

 The highest, or any, tender will not necessarily be accepted.
