at the King’s Arms INN, in the Borough
of Penryn, on Friday the 17th day of October
next, at Three o’Clock in the Afternoon, the
FEE-SIMPLE and INHERITANCE of and
substantial MESSUAGE or DWELLING-
HOUSE, with the Garden and: Appurtenances
thereunto belonging, situate in Broad-street, in
the said Borough of Penryn, late in the occupa-
tion of John Stona the elder, Esq. dec., and now
of Mr. John Stona; his son, comprising every
requisite for the residence of a genteel. amily,
DWELLING HOUSES, with the Backlet and
Garden or Orchard belonging thereto, situate
in Lowerestreet,.in,the said Borough, and now
or late in the several occupations of Mrs, Sally
Earle, widow, and Mr. Win. Bunster.
Lot 3.—All that MESSUAGE or DWEL-
LING-HOUSE, being a reputed, Moiety of a
Dwelling-House, formerly called JEWELL’s
HOUSE, situate in St. Thomas’s-street, in the
said Borough, and now or late in the occupation
of Mr. William Nicholas ; together with the
Garden behind and adjoining thereto,
Lot 4,-=All that MESSUAGE or DWEL-
LING-HOUSE, being the other reputed Moie--
ty of JEWELL's HOUSE aforesaid, and now
or late in the occupation of Mr. John Pasmore,
and Mr. John Wheeler.
Lot 5,—All that MESSUAGE or DWEL-
LING-HOUSE, with the Garden, Backlet, and
Broad-street aforesaid, now in the occupation
of Mr. John Rowe.
Lot 6.—For the Lives of the said John
Stona, now aged about 46, Miss Peggy Pender
Stona, his sister, now aged about 45, and Mr.
William) Hosking, now aged about 29, and the
life of the longest liver of them, all that desira-
ble MESSUAGE and FARM, with the very
productive Orchards and Gardens belonging
thereto, called
about half a mile from Penryn, and one mile
and quarter from Falmouth, parcel of the Manor
of Penryn Forryn, and held by Lease under the
Bishop of Exeter, now in the occupation of
Mr. —————— Skues.
