Present Tenant, Mr Rolls, obliged from illness to relinquish, all that commodious TAVERN, INN, TAP-HOUSE, GARDEN and PREMISES, known by name of COMMERCIAL HOTEL, CAMBORNE, together with Eight Acres, rich Meadow Land

Desirable Tavern, Inn. Fields and Premises,
  in near the Town of Camborne.

TO BE LET, (with possession on the 29th
    instant, the present Tenant, Mr. Rolls,
being obliged from illness to relinquish the
Business thereof,) all that commodious
              TAVERN, INN, TAP-HOUSE,
               GARDEN and PREMISES,
Known by the name of the COMMERCIAL
HOTEL
, in CAMBORNE, together with
Eight Acres, or thereabouts, of rich Meadow
Land, within a five minutes’ walk of the Inn.
  Mrs. Rolls will shew the Premises, and
for particulars, as to rent, term, &c. apply
(if by letter-post-paid,) to Mr. Borlase, At-
torney-at-Law, No, 65, Pydar-street, ‘Truro.
