LAMBRICK.
The remains of John Roskruge, the only son of Mrs. John Lambrick, of Nanspusker, Hayle. who died on Tuesday, the 10th instant, aged 18 years, were interred at Gwinear on Friday last. The many floral tributes and large number of friends at the funeral well evidenced the very great sympathy felt for the family in their sudden and sad loss, as well as showing the respect in which deceased was regarded by all who knew him. A very impressive service in the Church and at the graveside was conducted by the Rev. A. E. Perry (vicar of the parish), assisted by the Revs. Daniel Heaton and E. C. Palmer (Wesleyan ministers.) At the graveside a very beautiful and touching prayer was offered by the Rev. D. Heaton, after which the Rev. E. C. Palmer gave out the hymn, “Rock of Ages,” which was very sweetly sung by the Copperhouse Wesleyan Chapel Choir, of which deceased was for some years a member, as well as of the society. Sincere and deep sympathy is felt in the locality for the family in this sad trouble, coming so soon after the death of the eldest daughter in India 14 months ago. The bearers wen from the Copper-house Wesleyan Choir, and the mourners were:—Mr. and Mrs. John Lambrick (father and mother) , Lollie, Ada, and Lilian (sisters) ; Messrs. Jame.
