I William Pendarves of Pendarves in the County of Cornwall
?? being weak of body, but of sound mind & memory and
understanding praised be Almighty God for the same do make
and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and
form following my soul I resign tot he Almighty God
who gave it ?hosting? I shall ?? ?? and forgiveness of
all my Sins and through the death and person of my
Saviour Jesus Christ Unto as to my worldly Estate which it
hath pleased Almighty God to bless me withall I give and
Dispose thereof ow? followeth Imp?es. I give unto my dearly beloved
Wife Jane Penelope Pendarves all my Lands ?interests? and
already settled by deed to severall uses with the rents ??s and
Proffits thereof to hold to my said Wife during the term of her
naturall life with full power to make Grants or Setts for
Tynn and Copper and other Mettalls during the term of one
and twenty years provided not less than the Sixth part or ???
is reserved for ?Toll or Form? & I also give my said Wife the
proffitts of all my Tyn bounds in the parish of Camborn in
the said county of Cornwall during her naturall Life and also
my ?Coach and Coach? ?horses? and all my household Goods att
Pendarves except my plate and pictures also I give unto my
said Wife One hundred Guinneas of Gold to be paid to her
by my Executrix hereinafter named within one month after
my decease I also give unto my said Wife her paraphanalia
?robe?dress? I give unto my ?Hon'd? mother Clare Pendarves Widow
my Tyn bounds in the North Downs in Redruth in the County
of Cornwall called Pendaves bounds or by what other name
or names the same one called or known I also give to
my said Mother fifty Guineas of Gold to be paid to her
by my Executrix hereinafter named within one month after
my decease ??? I give and devise to my Sister ?Grace?
Pendarves spinster the ?Revenues? in fee after the death of
my said Wife of all my fee simple Lands whatsoever To
hold to her and her Exects for ever all the ?Rest? of my Goods
and Chattles of what Nature or kind soever they be my
debts Legacies and funeral Expenses being first paid and
Discharged out of my personall Estate and ?? Estate in
?? of my said Wife I give and bequeath unto my said
Sister Grace Pendarves who I do hereby make and ordain my
sole Executrix in Witness whereof I have hereunto putt my
Hand and Seal this twenty first day of February Anno ??
