[DUTY FREE]

I, the Undersigned, being the duly authorised  Agent of the Right Honorable George Henry Earl of Falmouth,  within the Parish of Merther, in the County of Cornwall, whose interest is not less than one fourth part of the whole value of the Lands, subject to Tithes within the said Parish, do by this notice in writing under my hand, call a Parochial Meeting of Landowners and Tithe Owners,  within the limits of the said Parish,   for the purpose of making an agreement for the gene- ral  Commutation  of   Tithes,    within the limits of the said Parish,  pursuant to the provisions of an Act passed in the sixth and seventh years of the reign of  his  late  Majesty,    intituled    " An Act for the  Commutation  of  Tithes in England and Wales"   and   I do hereby also give notice, that such Meeting will be held  at the  Vestry-room, in the said Parish,  on Tuesday,  the twenty-third day of May next, at the hour of ten in the Forenoon. 

   Given  under my hand   this twenty fifth day of April,  one thousand  eight  hundred   and forty three.
