TO BE SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr. GEORGE E. JENKIN, at the "TURNPIKE INN," CONNERTON, in the parish of Gwithian,
On WEDNESDAY, 19th JULY next,
at 2.30 p.m., punctually, subject to such conditions as will then be produced, and in the following or such other lots and order as may be determined on at the time of sale , the following
VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTIES.
Portions of the manor of Connerton, in the
parish of Gwithian, viz. :--
Lot 1.—The FREEHOLD DWELLING-HOUSE and Garden, situate at Connerton, part of No. 489 on the Ordnance Survey map of the said parish, in the occupation of Mr. Thomas Rowe, with the small Barn and Stable adjoining, and the Field adjoining on the east, No. 490 on the said map containing 530 acres, in the occupation of Mr. J. H. Marks.
Lot 2.—The FREEHOLD FIELD, No. 506 on the said map, containing 789 acres, in the occupation of Mr. S. M. Eva.
Lot 3.—These TWO FREEHOLD DWELLING-HOUSES, Garden and Premises, being the other cart of No. 489 on the mid map, in the occupation of Mr. Wm. Christopher and Mrs. Bryant.
Lot 4.—The FREEHOLD FIELD, No. 505 on the said map, containing 1.183 acres, in the occupation of Mr. S. M. Eva.
Lot 5.—The FREEHOLD FIELD, No. . 504 on the said map, containing 1.113 acres, in the occupation of Mr. J. H. Marks.
Lot 6.—The FREEHOLD FIELD, No. 503 on the said map, containing 1.564 acres, in the occupation of Mr. J. H. Marks.
