TO be LET  (with immediate possession,) for Seven Years, from Michaelmas, 1880, BANAOWERS FARM consisting of a Dwelling-House, Barn, Cattle-houses,  constant supply of water,    and  about  35 Acres of Arable and Pasture lane.

The taker will be expected  to take  the Corn  and one field of Hay  at  a  valuation,  and  to  pay  rates  and  tithes.
