Family: Colonel John Whitehead Peard / Catherine Augusta Richards/PEARD
m. 1838
Catherine Augusta, the third daughter, married Colonel John White-
head Peard of Trenython, Cornwall. Of this marriage have been born
four daughters, Catherine Matilda, Emily, Alice, and Ada. Emily, second
daughter, married Captain George Purcell, RN. ; he died in 1873. Alice,
third daughter, married the Rev. Edward K. Kendall, incumbent of St
Mark's, Notting Hill, London. Ada, fourth daughter, married Joseph T.
Treftry, Esq.
