Conveyance from 1) at the request of 2) to 3) of a close of land situated near the western entrance of Fowey called The School House Meadow, with the building lately erected upon it which is used as a charity school and the garden behind, containing 2 roods and 8 perches, number 113 on the tithe map; bounded on the north and west by the lands of the Trustees of Treffry's estate; on the east by the lands of the same trustees, the representatives of Richard Deeble Rogers, deceased and Lostwithiel Street and on the south by the lane leading to the Daglands. To be held upon trust for the purpose of a Public Elementary School within the meaning of the Elementary Education Act 1870.
