      Clyma, on Monday, the 3lst day of May.inst.,
at Two o’clock in the Afternoon, at the King’s Head
Inn, Chacewater, in the following or such lots as may
be agreed on at the time of sale, the following very

VIZ

Lot 1.—All those two commodious, con-
venient, and desirable DWELLING-HOUSES, com-
monly called ROSE COTTAGE, now in the occu-
pation of Mr. Joseph Davies, the proprietor, and Mr.
Hornblower. The above premises consist of thirteen
Rooms, with convenient Outhouses, Courtlage, and
Garden, well stocked with Fruit Trees, an excellent
Tank capable of containing 2,000 gallons of water, with
a large Walled Garden in front.
This Property is held for the residue of a term of 99
  years, determinable on the deaths of two healthy lives,
  on payment of the annual rent of 10s.

Lot 2.—Two DWELLING HOUSES, consisting
of five and three Rooms, Garden, a very large Yard
with convenient Outhouses, and three Fields, containing
about four Acres, adjoining the before-mentioned pre-
mises, and lately occupied by Mr. Ambrose Thomas and
Mr. Joseph Gill.

quence of the Proprietor, Mr. Davies, being about to
