Sole excr. son Charles Andrew Reynolds

 

To friends John Williams jun. of Burncoose, Gwennap, esq. and William Paul Williams of Penryn, merchant -- freehold and copyhold estates.

 

To them also Mansion House of Trevenson and premises in trust for son Charles for life. Contents to daughter Frances and said son Charles in equal moieties. They to live at Trevenson. If Frances married, Charles to pay her annuity of £50 charged on testators lands of Camborne Vean.

 

Also to John Williams and Wm. Paul Williams £4000 on trust for child(ren) of dtr. Elizabeth Price, wife of George Aunger Price. Also to J.W. and W.P.W. £4000 in trust for William Ferris Reynolds and Eliz. Reynolds children of testator's late deceased son William Tellam Reynolds to be equally divided between them. Also to John Williams and Wm. Paul Williams £9000 on trusts: £4500 on trust for benefit of testator's dtr. Charlotte wife of Edwd. Lanyon of Camborne, surgeon during life of dtr. (trust to her separate use) and £4500 to dtr. Frances (with trusts to her separate use).

 

To sisters: Eliz. Balton of Nancekuke and Eliz. West of Illogan, £20 each

 

To niece Mary Ann Reynolds: £200.

 

One year's wages to every servant in testator's service at time of decease. In addition to this, £20 to servant Wm. Secombe

 

To Elizabeth widow of late son William Tellam Reynolds annuity of £40.

 

To son James Geo. Reynolds annuity of £150.

 

To sister Eliz. Bolton annuity of £16.

 

To sister Cath. West annuity of £12

 

(Annuities charged on freehold estate of Argal in Budock and on leasehold tenements of Nancekuke in Illogan)

 

To John Williams W.P. Williams (a) Burnithon and Carnkye in Illogan and leasehold ten. part of Penhellick Vean and leasehold house in Tregajorran, Illogan where dtr. Eliz. Price lived (b) Also leasehold house in Tregajorran occ. Wm. Harris (c) Also leasehold house in Camborne occ. by testators dtr.-in-law Eliz. Reynolds and leasehold house adjg. latter occ. Hannah Tippet, widow and --- Shakerleg. (a) in trust for dtr. Eliz. Pryce (b) on trust for dtr. Frances (c) in trust for dtr. Frances for life, then in trust for William Paul Ferris

 

To s. Charles Andrew Reynolds - all leasehold estates and furniture books, plate, linen, china, wines and spirits and all farm stock, horses & carriages etc. and all personal estates.

 

To John Williams and William P. Williams freehold and copyhold customary and duchy lands. To use of son Charles Andrew Reynolds for life.

 

After his decease to son(s) of C.A. Reynolds. In default of such issue to grandson William Ferris Reynolds and his son(s)

 

(In default of issue to use of grandson, Samuel Vincent Price, son of dtr. Eliz. Pryce). Life-tenancies after this, to use of J.W. and W.P.W. to preserve contingent remainders

(1) £100 to each of grandchildren. £50 to friend Mr. Richard Lanyon.

(2) Revoked bequest of £4000 to children of son William Tellam Reynolds decd. in consequence of death of Eliz. Reynolds.

 

To grandson Wm. Ferris Reynolds (son of W.T. Reynolds decd.) £3000.

 

To Eliz. Reynolds widow of William Tellam Reynolds £300 in addition to £40 already given to her during widowhood.

 

Ten pounds to each of female servants living with testator at his death in addition to years wages. To old servant Thomas Harris : £15.

 

To sister Ann Jeffery £30 yearly. To sister Mary Philips £16. yearly.

 

To brother George Reynolds £16. yearly.
