further amend the law of Property and to relieve Trustees.”
Estate of THOMAS PHILLIPS TYACKE, late of Nansloe, in the parish of Wendron,
Esquire, who died on the 23rd day of August, 1872, and whose Will was duly proved
by THOMAS TYACKE, a Major in Her Majesty’s 22nd Regiment of Foot, and the Rev.
JOSEPH SIDNEY TYACKE, Vicar of Helston, in the said County of Cornwall, Clerk, the
executors therein named, in the District Registry of Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at
Bodmin on the 5th day of September, 1872, are hereby required to send particulars
of such Claims to me or to the said Executors, on or before the 20th day of JANUARY
next, after which day the said Executors will proceed to distribute the Assets of the
said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims
of which they shall then have had notice and without being liable for the Assets or
any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose Claim they shall not then
have had notice. And all persons indebted to the estate of the said deceased are
hereby required to pay the amount of their respective debts to the said Mr. Joseph
Walker Tyacke, forthwith.
