Late the residence of Joseph Beauchamp, Esq. deceased:
Together with the Coach Houses, walled Gar-dens, beautiful Ponds, Pleasure Grounds and Plantations, and about 120 customary Acres of Meadow Land, with several Cottages for servants or laborers ; — the whole in high order and condition, and fit for the residence of a large and genteel Family. It adjoins the turnpike road, and is distant about six miles from Truro, three from Penryn. five from Falmouth, and three from Redruth, all capital market towns. PENGREEP,

Should the whole Farm be too large for a Gentleman, power will be given him to re-let any part.
