One third part of Trebullwyn which Peter Wadge of Upton formerly purchased from Margery French, widow (daughter of Peter Truscott); the two thirds parts being called White's and Tynner's tenements (lately purchased by Alice Rodd from Peter Wadge);
Newton in Altarnun (part of manor of Trevage) with waste, part of Trevage moor; also another tenement there, (purchased from Nicholas and Philip Evens);
