Wheal Herland, Gwinear, Cornwall.
A fine old time specimen displaying several rich areas of native silver which is shown as tarnished tangled wires in a matrix of galena and sphalerite with some small areas of acanthite.
The largest area of silver measures 1.5 cm across.
From the Borland collection and in turn the Simon Camm collection.
