FREEHOLD PROPERTY, situate in the Parishes of St. Agnes and Perranzabuloe, and in the Borough of Penryn in the County of Cornwall, also certain DUCHY or COPYHOLD LANDS, Ventongimps; Goonearl; Falmouth; St Agnes

TO BE SOLD  shortly,  of  which  due notice  will be given,    pursuant  to an  order  of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause “ Ley v. Ley", with the approbation of John Edmund Dowdeswell, Esquire,  one of the Masters of the said Court, cer-tain  FREEHOLD  PROPERTY,  situate in the Parishes of  St. Agnes and Perranzabuloe,  and in the  Borough  of  Penryn  in  the  County  of  Corn-wall,   also certain   DUCHY  or   COPYHOLD LANDS,  in  the  Parish  of   Saint  Erme,    in  the said  County.—Also   of   certain  undivided   Shares of   and    in    TIN    COPPER   and   other   ORES, to   be  raised   out   of   certain   T E N E M E N T S in the Parish of St. Agnes ; consisting of the rever-sion in fee, expectant on the decease or second mar-riage of  Elizabeth Ley, widow,   now aged 76 years, of  and  in one full undivided third  Part or Share of and in an undivided third part of and in certain MANORS, PLOT or PIECES of GROUND, DWELLING-HOUSE,   and    TENEMENTS or ESTATE,  viz.,  of  and  in  the Manor  or  reputed Manor of VENTONGIMPS, in the said Parish of Perranzabuloe, containing by estimation about 370 Acres; of and in the Manor or reputed Manor of GOONEARL, in the said Parish of Saint Agnes, containing   968     Acres  ;    of  and    in  a   PLOT  or P I E C E    of     G R O U N D,   situate  within  the said Borough of  Penryn,  part  whereof  lies opposite to the Fish Cross, in our Lady, Street, together with the  ASSEMBLY  ROOM    or    A S S E M B L Y.-HOUSE    and    PREMISES  erected   thereon—And of and in a    M E S S U A G E    or DWELLING.-HOUSE     and     TENEMENT,     or     ESTATE     of LAND,    commonly  called  or  known  by  the name of " TREVORGAN VEAN,”  part of the Manor of Moresk, in the said Parish of St. Erme.
