Ince Castle. Now I do hereby revoke and make void the bequests hereinbefore _
contained of Annuities of One hundred pounds, and One hundred pounds to the said
Elizabeth Harriet Smith and Edouvas Edward Smith and the charges powers &
authorities in my said will contained for securing the payment of the said Annuities
I give revoke the legacy of five hundred pounds by my said will bequeathed to _
Edward Smith therein named and I revoke the direction to my daughter Mary Crease
in the said will also named to provide for the maintenance and duration of the
said Edward Smith. And in all other respects I ratify and confirm the devises and
bequests of my said will ?trusting? in my said daughters discretion rightly to use _
what I have devised and bequeathed to her In Witness whereof I the said Edward
Smith have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of April One thousand

and declares by the said Edward Smith the testator and for a Codicil to his said
