VALUABLE ESTATES & MINING PROPERTY
IN GWINEAR & PHILLACK, FOR SALE.

TO BE SOLD by AUCTION,  by Mr A.BERRYMAN, at the Three Tuns Hotel ,  in Penzance, kept by Mr  George Hemmings,  on  Monday,  the  13th day of July next, at  Half-past Three o'clock   in the Afternoon, the Fee-simple and Inheritance of and in the following valuable Estates, in the parishes of Gwinear nid Phillack, viz. :— One undivided moiety of BEZURREL, BENAL- LACK, and RELISTIAN, commonly called

              G R E A T     B E Z U R R E L,
Comprising  about One Hundred and Fifty Acres of Land in the whole,  in the occupation of   Mr George Eustice and others.

One sixth of the divided portion of the surface of DRANNACK VEAN and BOUNDOWERS being about twelve acres, in the occupation of William Nicholas.

One sixth of the undivided portion of the same in the occupation of Mr H. Huthnance, under a lease for ninety nine years, determinable on one life at the yearly conven-tionary rent of ten shillings.

Also, one sixth of the UNDERGROUND PROFITS throughout the whole of Drannack Vean and Bown- dowers beins about one hundred and seventy acres.

One sixth fee, and one fourth and one twelfth lease of LITTLE  BEZURREL, subject  to the yearly conven- tionary rent of eleven shillings and sixpence.   The whole is about twenty-two acres, and is now in the occupation of the said George Eustice.

The land is of acknowledged fertility, and the district  is  rich  in  mineral.     Several Tin and Copper Mines have been worked on the property, among which were the celebrated Relistian Mines, from which immense quantities of copper have been raised. The estate is situated in the immediate neighbourhood of flourishing mines,  about twelve miles  east of Penzance,  four miles west of Camborne, and  close to the Gwinear station of the West Cornwall Railway.
