MR. J. MICHAEL MARTYN will SELL by AUCTION, on Wednesday, 3rd September next, at Three o'clock, at the White Hart Hotel, Hayle, the following
FREEHOLD PROPERTIES, Namely :—
Lot 1.— The Manor or Lordship of POLKINGHORNE and the Barton Farm of POLKINGHORNE, with PEL-LEWS, in the parish of Gwinear aforesaid, containing about 175 a. 2r. 19p. of laud, now in the occupation of Mr. John Tyacke, whose term will expire at Michaelmas, 1885, at the annual rent of £142 10s.
Also THREE COTTAGES, with GARDENS, in Gwinear Church Town, and part of Polkinghorne aforesaid, con-taining about 1r. 10p. of land, held by the said Mr. John Tyacke for his workmen, at the annual rent of £5.
If desired, possession of the farm at Michaelmas next can be arranged.
Also the Reversion-in-Fee of FOUR COTTAGES with GARDENS, containing about 29 poles, in Gwinear Church Town aforesaid, now occupied by Tbomasine Rodda, Grace Symons, and another, and the others unoccupied, held for residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of three lives, aged respectively 48, 40, and 36 years, at annual conventionary rent of £5.
Also of FOUR COTTAGES, GROCER'S SHOP, and GARDENS, containing about half-an-acre of land, in Gwinear Church Town aforesaid, and held by Messrs. Goldswortbhy, Bone and Beckerieg, for residue of term of 99 years, now determinable on decease of three lives, aged respectively 42, 39 , and 37 years, at annual conveu-tionary rent of £1 6s.
Also of THREE COTTAGES and GARDENS, containing about 25 poles of land, in Gwinear Church Town afore- said, and now held by Mr. Paynter, for residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of three lives, aged respectively 43, 38, and 36 years, at annual conventionary rent of £1 5s.
Also of TWO COTTAGES and GARDENS, containing about 25 poles, at Conner Downs, in Gwithian afore—said, now held by Mr. Pollard for a residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of two lives, aged respectively 53 and 35 years, at annual conventionary rent of 10s.
Also of DWELLING-HOUSE,WHEELWRIGHT SHOP, and GARDEN, containing about 25 poles of land, in Conner Downs aforesaid, now held by Mr. John Pearse for a residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of three lives, aged respectively 74, 47, and 44 years, at annual conventionary rent of 15s.
Also of FOUR COTTAGES and GARDENS, containing about half-an-acre of land, in Phillack Church Town, now held by Mr John Thomas for residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of three lives, aged respectively 62, 60, and 56 years, at annual conventionary rent of £2 2s.
Lot 2.— The TENEMENT and LANDS of TRENOWIN, in Gwinear aforesaid, containing about 20 acres, with rights in common with other tenements of Higher Trenowin aud Trevaskus to about 13a. 2r. 30p. of Conner-tun Downs, and now occupied by Mr. Thomas Rowe as yearly tenant, at annual rent of £28 10s.
Lot 3.— The TENEMENT and FARM, part of TREGOTHA, in Gwinear aforesaid, containing about 29a. 2r. 38p., with right in common with other part of Tregotha to Common Moor, containing about la. 3r. 35p., now occupied by Mr. John Harvey's representatives as yearly tenants, at annual rent of £43.
Also the Reversion-in-Fee of FOUR COTTAGES with GARDENS in Tregotha aforesaid, containing about 2r. 20p. of land, held by Mr. Samuel Nancarrow and Mrs. Mary Mills, for residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of three lives, aged 77, 71, and 68 years respec-tively, at annual conventionary rent of £2.
Also, of COTTAGE and GARDEN in Tregotha afore-said, containing about 2r. 16p. of land, held by Mr. Richard Pascoe for residue of term of 99 years, determinable on decease of three lives, aged respectively 55, 53, and 33 years, at annual conventionary rent cf £1.
Note. — The properties will first be offered in lots as before mentioned, and if not then sold, in such other lots as may be decided on at the time of sale.
The tenants will shew their respective holdings, and particulars with plans and conditions of sale may be obtained at the place of sale, White Hart Hotel, Hayle.
