DESIRABLE  FREEHOLD PROPERTIES IN GULVAL, AND ANGARRACK, HAYLE, 

in the following or such other Lots as may be determined on the. Sale, viz,: . 

 Lot 1.—The Land, Orchard, Garden, and PREMISES, situate at ANGARRACK, in the Parish of Phillack, in the  occupation of Mrs. Annie Eddy, as a yearly tenant. This Lot, which comprises about half-an-acre (statute measure) of land, is most compact, and walled all around. 

Lot 2. -The Field, commonly known the "Bal Field." part the Tenement of BOSKEDNAN WARTHA, the Parish Gulval, comprising about one acre (statute measure), or thereabouts, of Arable and Pasture Land. Also near thereto a commodious and Out-buildings, and a Cottage, and Piggery with two small Meadows the rear Hie latter; the whole being in the occupation of Mr. William Bennetts, his undertenant, a yearly tenancy.
