TO BE LET BY TENDER,
FOR a term of 7 or 14 years, from Michael- mas, 1903, all that portion of the Tene-ment called or known as
DRANNACK VEAN,
in the parish of Gwinear, in the county of Cornwall, containing about S 7 acres statute measure, with the dwelling-house and other buildings thereon, now in the possession and occupation of the representatives of the late Henry Huthnance.
The tenement can be inspected at any time, and a plan and schedule of the same can seen at Trewirgie Office, Redruth.
Tenders must be sent to the undersigned on or before the 11th July.
Neither the highest or any tender will necessarily be accepted.

Tenders must be sent to the undersigned on or before the 11th July.
