One undivided moiety of all that Tenement and Farm called Godrevy Caran , otherwise Crane Godrevy, situate in the said Parish of Gwithian. the entirety consisting about 57a. 0r. 23p. (customary measure, more or less) now in the occupation of Mr. Hannibal Ellis, or his undertenant, for the residue of a term determinable on the death of a person aged 72. at the yearly couventionary rent of 14s. 3d., and subject to the payment of Best Beast of £1, at the Lessor's election, for a heriot on the death of the life.

Lot 1-- One undivided third part of all that desirable Tenement and Farm called Godrevy, together with the like undivided part of Godrevy Island, respectively situate in the Parish of Gwithian, the entirety consisting of a good Dwelling 1House, with convenient Outbuildings, and (including the Towan,) about 99a. 2r. 16p. (customary measure, more less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of the Right Honourable Lady Basset as tenant thereof from year to year, of her undertenant.


Lot 2. -- One undivided third part all that Tenement and Farm, called Crane Godrevy, situate in the said Parish of Gwithian, the entirety consisting of about 18a. 0r. 25p (customary measure, more or less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of the Right Honorable Lady Basset, as tenant thereof from year to year, of her undertenant.


Lot 3. -- One undivided moiety of all that Tenement and Farm called Godrevy Caran , otherwise Crane, Godrevy, situate in the said Parish of Gwithian. the entirety consisting about 57a. 0r. 23p. (customary measure, more or less) now in the occupation of Mr. Hannibal Ellis, or his undertenant, for the residue of a term determinable on the death of a person aged 72. at the yearly couventionary rent of 14s. 3d., and subject to the payment of Best Beast of £1, at the Lessor's election, for a heriot on the death of the life.

(customary measure, more or  less.) of Arable and Pasture Land, now the occupation Mrs. Vivian, as tenant thereof sufferance.

Lot 5. -- One undivided third part of all that Tenement and Farm called Trevornan, situate in the said parish of Gwithian, the entirety consisting of a Dwelling House and Garden, with convenient Outhouses, and about 9a. 1r. 27p.. (customary measure, more or less,) of Arable and Pasture land now in the occupation of William Hams, as tenant thereof from year to year. Lot 6. -- One undivided moiety all that tenement and Farm called Carvolgh, situate in the parish of Crowan, the entirety consisting of two Cottages and Gardens, with convenient Outhouses, and about 9a. 3r. 2p (customary measure, more or less,) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Mrs Hill, or her undertenants, for the residue of Term determinable the death person aged 60, the yearly conventionary rent of £1 0s, 9d. and subject to the payment of £1 10s. for a heriot on the death of the life. And also, one undivided moiety of all that other Tenement aand mi Farm called Carvolgh, situatein  the said parish of Crowan, the entirety consisting of a Dwelling House and Garden, with necessary Outbuildings, and about 9a. 2h. (customary measure more or less) Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Nicholas and John Williams, for the residue of a term determinable on the death of a person aged 81. at the yearly convent-ionary rent of £ 1 0s. 9d and subject to  payment .of £1 10s. for heriot the death the life. Lot 7.-- One undivided Moiety of all that Tenement and Farm called Rosedown, situate in the parish of Camborne, the Entirety, consisting about 29a. Or. 18f. (customary measure, more or less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of John Rowe, as tenant thereof from year to year. Lot B.-- One undivided Moiety of all that Tenement and Farm, called Rosetown, situate in the said parish of Camborne, the Entirety, consisting of about 18a. Ok. 80p. Lot 9.-- One undivided moiety of all that Tenement in or called Hellowe, situate in Camborne aforesaid. the entirety consisting of about 2a. 3r. 27f. customary measure more or less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of James Rule, as Tenant thereof from year to year.


Lot 10.-- One undivided of all that Tenement and Farm, called Aggewille and Farmer's Tenement,  situate in Camborne frfbresaid, the entirety consisting a and convenient j Out-houses, and about V\. Otic, (customary ; measure more less) now the occupation of| Johnson Rule, jus Tenant thereof from year to i year. Lot 11.-- One undivided moiety of all that Tenement i and Farm, called Treswithan Mill-Tenement,  situate in Camborne aforesaid, the entirety con- j sistinj* of Dwelling-house and Orist-Mill, with convenient Out-huildinjfs,and about 2«a. Or. 3-Si*. (customary measure more or less) of Amble and Pasture Land, now in the occupation Mr. Charles Thomas, Tenant thereof from year year. Lot 12.--One undivided moiety of all that Tenement and Farm, or called Treswithan, otherwise Treswethan, situate in Camborne aforesaid, the entirety consisting of several Dwelling-houses and Cardens, with convenient (Jut-houses, and about 7\. 3r. (customary measure more less) rich Arable and Pasture Laud, now the occupation of George John, Esq. or his undertenants, for the residue of a Term determinable on the death of person aged 75, at the yearly conventionary rent of 13s. 10d., and subject to the payment of 14s, 4d.. for a heriot on the death of the life. Lot 13.-- All that part of Treswithan-Down, situate in Camborne aforesaid, containing about 18 Acres (customary measure more or less) now unoccupied. Lot 14. -- One undivided moiety of all that Tenement and Farm, called Tolgorrick, otherwise Tolgarrack situate in Camborne aforesaid, the entirety consisting of about HU. Op. Lot 15.-- One undivided moiety of all those two seve- ral Tenements and Farms, respectively called Carnemough, situate Camborne aforesaid, the ; entirety consisting of two Dwelling-houses, with convenient Out-buildings, and about I3\. The greater j>art above Property is situate Mining District, and very valuable Tin and Copper Lodes are known to pass through many of the Lots, some which arc now in course of working.
