Sale of lots 10, 11, 12, 13| NANPUSKER, BARNEWOONE, GUILDFORD, PARKANGOREWARTH, PULSACKE, PARKNOWETH | 5 May 1838



Lot 10.—One undivided third part of all that Tenement and Fano, CALLED NANPUSKER, situate in the Parish of Phillack. the entirety consisting of a excellent Dwelling-House, Gardens, and Orchards, with Barn, Stables, and other convenient Out Buildings, and about  113a. 3R. 28P. (customary measure, more or less) Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Mr. Richard Rosewarne, as Tenant thereof, from yEAR TO Year.

Lot 11—One undivided third part of all that Tenement and Farm, called BARNEWOONE, situate IN the said PariSh of Phillack, and adjoining Nanpusker, aforesaid, the entirety consisting of Dwelling- House, Gardens, and Orchard, with convenient Outbuildings, and about 51a. 3R. 16p. (customary measure more less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now I the occupation of the said Richard Rosewarne, for the residue of a term determinable on the deaths of two persons, respectively aged 68 and 66 years, at the yearly conventionary rent of 10s. 2d. and subject to the payment of 13s. 4d. for a heriot on the death of each life.

Lot 12.—One undivided third part of all that tenement and Farm called GUILDFORD, otherwise in Guildford, situate in the said Parish of Phillack, and adjoining to Bamewoone aforesaid, the entirely, consisting of two Dwelling Houses, Stable, and other Outbuildings, Courtlage and Garden, and about 3a. lr. 26p. (customary measure, more less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation the said Richard Rosewarne, as tenant thereof from year to year.

Lot 13.—One undivided third part of all that Tenement and Farm called PULSACKE, otherwise and PARKNOWETH, situate the said Parish of Phillack, the entirety consisting of Dwelling House, Garden, and Orchard, with convenient Outbuildings, and about 103 a. Ir. 15p. (customary measure more or less) of Arable and Pasture Land now in the occupation of the Rev. William Hockin tenant thereof from year to year, his under-tenant.
