Lot. 14.—One undivided third part of all that Tenement and Farm, called MILLINVRANE and ANGARRACK, situate in the said parish of the entirely consisting several Dwelling-houses, Gardens, Orchards, Grist-Mills and convenient Outbuildings, and about 39a. 2r. 17p. (customary measure more or less) of Arable and Pasture Laud, now in the occupation of the Rev. Wm. Hockin as tenant thereof from year to year, or of his undertenants.
And also one undivided third part of all that ‘Tenement, parcel of Millinvrane and Angarrack aforesaid, situate in the said parish Phillack, the entirety consisting of a Dwelling-house and Garden ; and of all those valuable and extensive Smelling-Houses, known by the name of ANGARRACK SMELTING-HOUSES, Stamping-Mill, Yard, Offices. Weighing-Houses,and other Houses, and about 2a. 1r. 27p.. (customary measure more or less) Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Joseph Came, Esq., as tenant thereof from year to year.

Lot 15.—One undivided third part of all that Tenement and called CARWYN, situate in the said Parish of Phillack, the entirety consisting Dwelling House, Gardens, Orchards, a Grist-Mill, Barn, Mowhay, Stables, Bullock-houses, and other Outbuildings, and about 102 a. 0r. 0p. (customary measure, more or less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Mr. Henry Sampson, as tenant thereof, from year year.

Lot 16.—-One undivided third part of that Tenement and Farm, PARCEL of CARWYN aforesaid, situate in or near to the village of Angarrack, in the said Parish of Phillack, the entirety consisting of several Dwelling-Houses, Shops, Gardens, Orchards, a Barn, Stables and other convenient Outhouses, and about 5 Acres (customary measure more or less) of Arable and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Messrs. Samuel and Henry Tremayne, as Tenants thereof from year to year, or of their undertenants.—And also one undivided third part of all that Dwelling-House, and Garden, situate in or near Angarrack aforesaid, the entirely containing about 25 perches of Land, (customary measure, more or less) now in the occupation of James Uren, tenant thereof, from year to year.

  The greater part of the above Property is situate in a Mining district, and very valuable Tin and arc known to pass though many of the Lots, which are now in course of working.—-And the right Minerals in the Tenement of Bodervannack extends to one-third of an undivided moiety of the whole and Commons and Wastes, and parts of Commons and Wastes,subject to the rights of Tin Bounders (if any.) The several Tenants sue requested show the Premises, and further particulars may be obtained of
