Conveyance 1961 12 September: Thomas Frederick Gonner Jones Brenchleys ; Charles Edward May, Bertha Edith May, Claire Lynne Harolds Wood



This Conveyance is made the twelfth day of September one thousand nine hundred and sixty one B E T W E E N    THOMAS FREDERICK GONNER JONES of "Brenchleys" Angarrack Near Hayle in the county of Cornwall Schoolmaster (hereinafter called " the Vendor") of the one part and  CHARLES EDWARD MAY  Solicitors Managing Clerk (Retired) and BERTHA EDITH MAY his wife and CLAIRE LYNNE spinster all of 11 Athelstan Road Harold Wood in the county of Essex (hereinafter called "the Purchasers") of the other part. 

W H E R E A S    the vendor is seised of the property hereinafter described in fee simple in possession free from incumbrances and as agreed with the purchaser for the sale thereof to them at the price of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS

N O W THIS DEED   W I T N E S S E T H as follows:-

1.                   IN PURSUANCE   of the said agreement and in consideration of the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS paid by the Purchasers out of monies belonging to them on a joint account to the Vendor ( the receipt whereof the vendor hereby acknowledge) the Vendor as beneficial owner HEREBY C O N V E Y S unto the Purchasers   F I R S T  ALL THAT  piece or parcel of land situate at Angarrack in the parish of Phillack in the county of Cornwall together with the messuage or dwelling house erected thereon or on some part thereof formerly known as number 3 Mill cottages, but now known as "Brenchleys" Angarrack in the parish of Phillack in the county of Cornwall which said premises are delineated for the purpose of identification

only on the plan annexed to a conveyance dated the thirty first day of August one thousand nine hundred and fifty nine and made between ERNEST ROBERT PHILLIPS of the first part and the Vendor of the other part and thereon coloured pink   AND   S E C O N D L Y   ALL THAT  piece or parcel of land situated on the Eastern side of the property herein before described forming part of the enclosure number 361 on the Ordnance Survey map for the said parish of Phillack and delineated on the said plan for the purpose of identification only and there are coloured Green   TO HOLD  the same unto the purchasers in fee simple.

2.                   THE Purchasers shall hold the said property upon Trust to sell the same with power to postpone the sale thereof and shall hold the proceeds net proceeds of sale and other money applicable as capital and the net rents and profits thereof unto sale upon Trust for themselves as joint tenants until the expiration of 21 years from the death of the last survivor of the purchaser's the trustees for the time being of this deed shall have power to mortgage charge lease or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the said property with all the powers in that behalf of an absolute owner

3.                   IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the transaction hereby effected does not form part of a larger transaction or series of transactions in respect of which the amount or value or the amount or value of the consideration exceeds the sum of £3,500
