THIS INDENTURE made the Fourth day of August One thousand
and nine hundred    B E T W E E N      ELLEN WATERS     of Holyrood Falmouth in
the County of Cornwall Widow of the one part and CHRISTOPHER ELLIS AND
SON LIMITED
whose registered office is at Hayle in the said County
of Cornwall (hereinafter called “the said Company") of the other part
WHEREAS the said Ellen Waters is seised in fee simple in possession
free from incumbrances of the hereditaments and premises hereinafter
described and intended to be hereby conveyed and has agreed for the sale
of the same to the said Company at the price of Six hundred and fifty
pounds

N O W THIS INDENTURE W I T N E S S E T H   that in pursuance of the
‘said agreement and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and fifty
‘pounds on or before the execution of these presents paid by the said
Company to the said Ellen Waters (the receipt whereof the said Ellen
Waters doth hereby acknowledge) she the said Ellen Waters as BENEFICIAL
OWNER
doth hereby grant and convey unto the said Company their successors
and assigns ALL THAT inn or Public House known as The Angarrack Inn
with the Court Yard and outhouses behind the same and the ground and
garden in front of the said Inn situate at Angarrack in Phillack in
the said County of Cornwall AND ALSO all that field known as The Lane
 Field containing one acre three roods and thirty one perches or thereabouts
now divided into two enclosures and numbered 219 and 220 in the Ordnance
Survey Map for the said Parish of Phillack adjoining the public road
leading from Angarrack aforesaid to Camborne on the South West side thereof
all of which said Inn field and premises are now in the tenure or
occupation of the said Company or its undertenants subject nevertheless
to such right of drainage and to such right cf way over the ground in
front of the said Inn as are reserved in and by an Indenture of Conveyance
dated the Fifteenth day of September One thousand eight hundred and eighty
eight and made between Sampson Waters of the one part and William Henry
Harris
of the other part and Subject as to such part of the said hereditaments
as are respectively subject thereto to the mineral and other exceptions
and reservations contained in the following Indentures namely an Indenture
of Conveyance dated the seventh day of June One thousand seven hundred
and eighty three and made between Lord Arundel of the one part and William
Tremayne
of the other part an Indenture of Conveyance dated the Eighteenth day
of May One thousand eight hundred and three made between Richard Edwards
the Elder
of the first part James sdwards of the second part and Henry Vyvyan
of the third part Indentures of Lease and Release dated the Twenty fourth and

Twenty fifth days of March One thousand eight hundred and thirty seven
the Release made between Richard Edwards of the one part and John Trebilcock
of the other part and an Indenture dated the Tenth day of October One
thousand eight hundred and forty eight being a Conveyance from William
Higgins and Elizabeth his Wife
to the said John Trebilcock TO HAVF. AND
TO HOLD
the said Inn hereditaments and premises Except and subject as
aforesaid UNTO AND TO THE USE of the said Company their successors and
assigns for ever

             I N    W I T N E S S S   whereof the said parties to these
presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
before written

MEMORANDUM:      By a Conveyance dated the 16th day of March 1956 between
St.Austell Brewery Co. Ltd., and Douglas Henry Allison All that lane
field at Angarrack formerly No. 219 and 220 on the Ordnance Survey
Map but now numbered 367 on the Ordnance Survey Map (1936 Edition) was
conveyed to the said D.H.Allison in fee simple and his right to
production and delivery of copies of the within written Conveyance
acknowledged and undertaking for safe custody being given.
