Riviere House 1791-, Riviera (Reviere Rovier), Riviere, Phillack, Cornwall
Tree: AHP
Notes:
Riviere House, which stands c.200m from the east boundary of Riviere Fields, was built in 1791 for John Edwards, a senior manager of the Company (the house has associations with visits by the chemist and inventor Humphry Davy as a youth)
Riviere House and cottages were built in 1791, but were to remain isolated and not really part of the main settlement until the late 20th century.
