    STEPHEN DAVEY, DECEASED.
    PURSUANT to the Act of Parliament, 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled “an
    Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees,”
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands
    upon or against the estate of STEPHEN DAVEY, late of Redruth, in the county of
    Cornwall, Esquire, (who died there on or about the 16th day of November, 1864, and
    whose will was proved on the 23rd day of February, 1865, in the Bodmin District
    Registry of Mer (sic) Majesty’s Court of Probate, by Richard Davey and William Horton
    Davey, the executors therein named, are required on or before the twelfth day of
    August, 1865, to send written particulars of their debts, claims, or demands, to me, the
    undersigned Samuel Theophilus Genn Downing, of Redruth aforesaid, the solicitor to
    the said executors, at the expiration of which time the said executors will distribute the
    assets of the said testator, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the
    debts, claims, or demands, of which the said executors shall then have had notice, and
    that the said executors will not be liable for any debt, claim, or demand, of which they
    shall not then have had notice.
    Dated this 19th day of June, 1865.
