In the matter of the Estate of GORDON WILLIAM FRANCIS GREGOR, Esq., deceased
PURSUANT to an Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the
Reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, c. 35, entitled “An Act to further amend
the law of Property and to relieve Trustees,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all persons
having any claims or demands against the Estate of GORDON WILLIAM FRANCIS
GREGOR, late of Trewarthenick, in the County of Cornwall, Esquire, deceased, who died
on the 5th day of December, 1865, and Probate of whose Will, was on the 5th day of
February, 1866, granted by the District Registry of Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at
Bodmin to the Executors, Francis Rodd, Esquire and the Reverend Edward Fanshawe
Glanville, Clerk, are requested to send the particulars of their respective claims and
demands to Mr. FRANCIS HEARLE COCK, Pydar-street, Truro, Solicitor to the said
Executors, on or before the 14th day of March next, after which time the Assets of the
deceased will be distributed among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the
claims only of which the Executors shall have then had notice, and the Executors will not
be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim they shall not have
received notice at the time of such distribution.
